Ice Out 2017

Ice out is estimated to be the week of April 17th for most southern Algonquin Park Lakes. This means there will be many smaller lakes that will be ice free for the trout fishing opening date of April 22nd. Currently Algonquin Park officials are delaying the availability of overnight interior permits past that date, but the situation can quickly change. Be sure to follow our news or visit www.algonquinpark.on.ca for updated conditions.
